Delivery
All products are delivered Royal Mail 1st Class (orders placed after midday will be shipped the following day) and will fit through your letterbox. Talk to us about shipping outside of the UK.
Tracking
If you have paid for Royal Mail Tracked Service you will receive a tracking number via email. For standard delivery, the tracking number is for reference only and cannot be used to track your parcel.
Can I Deliver To Multiple Addresses?
Absolutely. Just order separately for each address.
Payments
We accept debit and credit card payments and Paypal. Sorry, we don’t accept Amex at this time.
Discount Codes
If you have received our discount/promotional code via email, add this to the promo code box at checkout. Please note your code can only be used once and cannot be added retrospectively.
Can my Spark product be ordered on a specific date?
If you could like your Spark product delivered on a particular day, please add the date in the Comments box at checkout and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time.
Gifts
Sending as a gift? No problem. Just add the details in the recipients box as checkout.
Returns
We don’t offer returns at this time.
